JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a part-time Studio Event Coordinator (10 hours per week) to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone with experience planning and coordinating public events, who thrives in a creative environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of studio events, from planning to execution, working closely with our creative team and local partners. You’ll also occasionally assist with other studio operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION
Plan, coordinate, and manage all studio events, including workshops, content days, open houses, and networking events.
Organize event logistics: scheduling, selling tickets, coordinating with vendors, photographers, and attendees.
Oversee event timelines, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Collaborate on marketing efforts to promote studio events through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
ADMINISTRATIVE & LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
Handle event-related communications, logistics, and follow-up tasks.
Create and manage event schedules, vendor coordination, and supply management.
STUDIO OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Occasionally assist with studio bookings and ensure smooth operation when needed.
Help with set-up and tear-down of events, ensuring the studio is organized and ready for daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience planning and coordinating public events.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proficiency in handling event logistics, from scheduling to marketing.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed for event execution.
