mural contest

We’re currently seeking a local artist to reimagine the moveable wall in our Cheshire Cat Studio. This moveable wall serves as an additional backdrop for photoshoots and video shoots in the studio.

Mural Timeline: The timeline is flexible and will be decided upon with the winner/artist. Ideally it will be completed 4-6 weeks after the winner is announced.

PROJECT SPECS:

  • Mural Theme: Wonderland

  • Winning design will be translated onto an 8 ft x 8 ft canvas that will cover the wall (please keep this in mind when submitting your proposal)

  • We will cover paint/material costs for the mural

  • You can submit pre-existing works of art that you’ve created, or submit a proposal for a new design with examples of your previous work

GRAND PRIZE:

  • Winning design will be featured in our Cheshire Cat Studio

  • Receive a free ticket to our next Mad Tea Party photoshoot mixer event where you will receive professional photos of you and your mural!

  • Be featured in a Wonderland email and blog post discussing your mural and your art

  • 1 free hour in any studio

  • Each studio ranges in aesthetic theme and decoration- from blank slate to fully styled.

  • We’re passionate about supporting, connecting, and empowering local artists and small businesses.

  • Our namesake was inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, and the topsy-turvy world of unique characters and creative perspectives.
