11:00 AM WELCOME AND BRIEFING
Overview of the schedule, introductions
11:15 AM SESSION ONE
Selected shops will be paired with dedicated photographers & models.
(Not every shop will have a photographer pairing at every session.)
12:00 PM BREAK, TRANSITION
12:15 PM SESSION TWO
Selected shops will be paired with dedicated photographers & models.
1:00 PM BREAK, TRANSITION
1:15 PM SESSION THREE
Selected shops will be paired with dedicated photographers & models.

PHOTOSHOOT EVENT EXPECTATIONS
We will have a finalized schedule with the shop/photographer/model pairings on the day of the event, when you arrive. You can expect to be paired with 2 shops/photographers/models for about 45 minute sessions (see schedule above).
The schedule will dictate when you should be shooting but the shops/photographers can choose where in the studio.
During your “free time,” you can eat, drink, dance, network, or even work with photographers, models, & shops you’re not officially paired with!
Be sure to have a quick conversation with all creatives before you start to make sure you are on the same page. This photoshoot is an opportunity to be creative on the spot, inspired by each other and the studio!
Models: please come with your hair and makeup already done. And please come prepared to be able to model accessories in addition to clothing. (Nails should be manicured, and bring a couple of outfit choices for when you’re modeling just accessories.)
IMAGE & DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Photographers are expected to deliver 6 - 12 photos per shop. This typically ends up being more, but 6 - 12 is the set expectation.
Edited photos will be delivered to WONDERLAND by March 27th. Wonderland Studios will distribute the photos to the shops on by April 1. Photographers are not to deliver photos directly to the shops.
Photographers are responsible for delivering photos to the MODELS in a timely manner. There are no requirements on how many/what photos are to be delivered to the models. Wonderland will NOT deliver any photos to the models.
Shops are allowed to use the edited & delivered photos for promotional purposes for 2 years. The photographers maintain the rights to the photos. Credit for the photos is not required, but highly encouraged wherever they are posted.
Photographers will be paid upon photo delivery. Models will be paid immediately following the event.
